I started working with Pete less than two months ago. I spoke to him several times and did extensive due diligence on PGPT and Pete before pulling the trigger to join the program. We spoke at length about my goals and objectives - in short, to get in the best shape of my life at 62 years old, and Pete developed a tailored program that delivers results. I am down approximately 25 lbs. in 50 days and my overall fitness level is materially better than when I started. Moreover, after years of taking blood pressure medication, I am nearing the point where I soon won't need it all. My resting heartrate has dropped to 51. Workouts are tailored to my goals and specific limitations (i.e., shoulder issues) and change periodically, which I believe is a key element of any fitness program. Nutrition is a major component of the program. What he offered me was a simple to follow healthy eating program.
